PHOTOS FOR PHOTOGRAPHY!

This is all my photos i’ve taken for my summer photography class :)))

More about my interests!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE SEWING!!

I love sewing so much, it's so fun and rewarding to learn, and you have something physical to show for it, and if you don't like it you can MAKE SOMETHING NEW out of it!! It's incredible and has existed basically since humans have. Fiber arts are awesome.

ART

I’ve been drawing, painting, etc, since I could remember. I really enjoy that you can make your own strange beauty from whatever you have. You could be using pieces of trash, recycled paper, kids watercolors, really expensive pens, but the beauty and fun is what you put into it yourself :))

A really good way to learn is drawing what's around you. Especially while on a daily commute or when you have freetime- it’s kind of like grounding yourself. Point to three things, and try to draw those. You’ll gradually get better, no matter what kind of art you’re trying to achieve.

GARDENING

Gardening is absolutely wonderful! Not only do you get wonderful flowers, fresh organic food, and a nice view in your back or front yard, gardening and agriculture has been the core of many cultures and civilizations since almost the beginning of time! We thrive and survive when we have the resources we need and more than we need, and gardening is a great way to get to that. Canning and drying out what you grow is a great way to keep up a nice, preservable food supply for disaster or maybe just for convenience. It's a great way to also build community, like what is seen with permaculture gardening, by being able to help each other through sharing harvest, growing tips, and seed stashes.

I am a MASSIVE fan of permaculture, and I'm currently, as of making this page, writing a paper that talks about it in detail, along with many other things related to community gardening!! :))) I can't wait to FINISH that!
