No NSFW/Fetish art of REAL children, people, animals, ECT.
We have every right to decline a commission.
Please pay upfront/before given full commission in USD. Crypto/NFTs are NOT accepted under any circumstance, Art/character trades may be accepted under certain conditions.
We both reserve the right to publish art that we have made online.
We do NOT, under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, consent to our art being used for AI, Crypto, or NFT.
You are allowed to upload commissioned work onto your own personal social media profiles.
We do not condone hate speech, if we find anything related to such on your profile (without it being obviously satirical), we will cancel and refund the commission, and you will not have access to the art we have had made (if anything has been made).
Everything will have a 5% markup for commercial use commissions.
Please be upfront with budget and time constraints before we start the commission. If you have not communicated that you need something by a set time and it is “LATE”, you are the only one to be blamed. Similar with budget. If you go “overbudget” without having properly communicated, we are not to blame.
You are required to credit us somewhere on your site/social media for any art we make for you!
